Donald R. Raber – Founder and President

Don brings 40 years of experience to the finance industry, and founded Aldebaran Financial with the sole goal of helping clients achieve their dreams of financial security and peace of mind. A Navy veteran, Don graduated from the National Graduate Trust School with Honors, and established his career on Wall Street. 

Loyce "Sue" C. Raber – Treasurer

Sue manages office operations and bill, and has been an integral part of Aldebaran Financial from the beginning. She plays a key role in the daily operations of Aldebaran.

Peter W. Raber – Vice President & CCO

Peter joined Aldebaran Financial in 2003, having been connected to the office his entire life. He serves as Vice President of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer. He graduated from Emory & Henry and went on to receive his MBA from East Tennessee State Univserity. He is Series 65 certified. 

Mark D. Yankee – Senior Portfolio Manager

Mark has been Aldebaran’s senior portfolio manager for 17 years, having joined in 1994. A graduate from the University of Tennessee, he is Series 65 certified.  

Justin A. Lester – Portfolio Manager

Justin joined the office in 2004 and has been a portfolio manager for 7 years. He graduated from the University of Tennessee and received an MBA from East Tennessee State University before going on pass the Series 65 certification exam. 

Christine H. Yankee – Executive Assistant

Christine is Aldebaran Financial's executive assistant, and is invaluable in keeping all operations flowing smoothly. She's our first contact with customers, and handles most non portfolio management tasks as they arise.
